Dimir Mill
Mill is one of the oldest stratagies there is. All starting from the card Millstone
. Today, there are a bunch of different mill cards that you can use now though!

First up is our cards that mill our opponent. Manic Scribe
mills our opponent when it enters the battlefield and can generate continuous value once we can get several different card types in our opponent's graveyard. Mirko Vosk, Mid Drinker can be good in the later game if our opponent has searched up a lot of lands. Wall of Lost Thoughts
mills our opponent and provides a nice wall to protect ourselves. Grind Clock, Memory Sluice
, Mind Sculpt, and Tomb Scour all are great at milling our opponent as well. Grind Clock can be used later in the game when we have lots of mana.

Next, is our payoffs for all the cards we milled. Jace's Phantasm can get really big for just one mana. When we have Lazav, Dimir Mastermind
out while milling our opponents, we can also become the creatures that we mill from them. Vantress Gargoyle
can mill our opponent, is a good blocker, flies, and does a lot of damage to our opponents. If our opponent runs a lot of creatures, Wight of the Precinct Six can get huge for just 2 mana. Crypt Incursion can also gain us an insane amount of life for its low cost.

Some improvements I recommend are running Into the Story
, and if you have enough money, 4 copies of Glimpse the Unthinkable
. You might also want to spend a bit of money on fixing up the manabase. If you do, Breaking // Entering is also a good card you would want to play. Into the Story is like our mini Treasure Cruise
because it is banned in modern (I think).
