So here’s the breakdown of the deck as simply as possible. We would want to go off turn 5 if possible. What we do:
Turn one: Shock in that [[Sacred Foundry]] to show dominance over our opponent. They don’t know what we are running. They might be scared to cast their 2/1 that will die to a shock.
Turn Two: We slam our [[Bishop of Wings]] like no one can tell us what to do. At this point your opponent is just thinking “What the heck is going on? Tribal angels? This is going to be easy.”
You just look back at them while they have their two one while you have your 1/4. Psh they can’t swing into your cleric without putting out a fight.
Turn Three: You look at your opponent and you say “Sorry, but I got to.” While you tap out your [[Teferi, Time Raveler]] to bounce their creature to draw a card. They look at you like “Why do I always have to play against this stupid card.”
Turn Four: You get to play your [[Kykar, Wind’s Fury]]. And at this moment your opponent is just in utter shock that someone is playing a garbage Mythic in competitive standard. They say sure and let it live.
Turn Five: We get to play our [[Arcane Adaption]]. Guess what we name. ANGELS . We create our hybrid of our spirit/angel now with our token coming into play. Our opponent just now figured out what’s going to happen. They already know they lost, but they want to know if we know how to win. We sacrifice our spirit angel to make a red mana just to make another one because of our Cleric. We also gain four life with that process. Then we can add 201 red mana to our mana pool and gain 800 life. Now we can cast our [[Banefire]] at our opponent for the win.
