1 Toxin, 2..

This is a get a poison counter in and then multiply it. I wanted to use the the Venser, Corpse Puppet and the Voidwing Hybrid. This deck started from that seed. I will be the first to tell you I do not have all the cards to make this better. It definitely could use a few higher counts on some of the rares and mythics like Vraska, Betrayal's Sting and Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus. 

The Game Plan: 

• Get quick creature out with Toxic, or play Prologue to Phyresis on turn 2

  • Blightbelly Rat
  • Voidwing Hybrid <-- evasive and recursion with our poliferate plan.
  • Venser, Corpse Puppet <-- extra value when poliferating.
  • Optional If you own them I dont (Bilious Skulldweller) could come down on turn 1 even and have deathtouch.

• Play your creature that will both poison and/or Poliferate

  • Blightbelly Rat <- poliferates on death and is toxic
  • Thrummingbird <- can trigger poliferate when connecting with player
  • Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus <- doubles all poliferates
  • Gulping Scraptrap <-- Poliferates on entry and exit

• Draw Cards and Tempo out Oppenent with your other cards while poliferating

  • Removal

    • Annihilating Glare <- can target planeswalks, can use your Voidwing Hybrids, token, or kill you poliferating creatures. as sacrafice, if the oppenent wont oblige you. 
    • Drown in Ichor <- -4/-4 removal that poleriferates for 2 mana
    • Mesmerizing Dose <- Tap downs creature while poliferating
    • Blue Sun's Twilight <- Steal nasty creature and maybe make copy of it as well.

  • Combat Trick

    • Aspirant's Ascent <- saves against Cut Down, or helps push through damage or block remove a nasty creature.

  • Draw or Delving

    • Prologue to Phyresis <- Delivers Poison and lets you draw. 
    • Experimental Augury <-- Look at 3 card and put on in your hand, and Poliferate. 

  • Play Bomb

    • Vraska, Betrayal's Sting 

This is very much intended to be a blue print for a better deck to come, once I get the right cards. However, I think it is a fun and solid plan. Right now would be an easy craft for most players. 

Most Obvious Changes: 

• Unctus, Grand Metatect is pretty much filler and would be my first cut. 
• Bilious Skulldweller would be nice to try for a turn 1 drop that could toxic players. 
• Vraska, Betrayal's Sting this deck should run 2 or 3 of this card. 
• Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus this deck should run 2 or 3 of this card. 
• I do not have the greatest lands in my set so the mana base should definitely be tailored to your collection.
