It took a few games to learn, but those early turn decisions are huge. Like you said, getting the Azcanta or Gateway out turn 2 is vital. Most other lists have only 2 Azcanta and no Gateway, and I think this is a really nice wrinkle because the moment people realize what you're doing they hit your Azcanta with a Conclave/Vivien/etc. Also, running Nexus of Fate at the end of their turn was an adjustment that really helped establish the loop.

Against Niv-Mizzet Jeskai you need Gateway and/or Azcanta turn 2. The enemy not to have Azcanta or you have Invoke the Divine. And Nezahal before enemy Teferi has more than 6 markers.

Suprisingly since adding [[Nezahal]] i have around 40% winrate against control.If you get him early enough ppl just give up. Also you have a big amount of dead cards you can throw away to save him ;)

Also some people disrespect [[Nexus of Fate]] and tap all there mana for a [[Chemister's Insight]] at the end of my turn. [[Azor's Gateway]] also puts presure on them early and allows you to cycle through your deck to get to your threats.

I use the gateway mainly to cycle through my deck to get rid of cards that dont help me in the matchup or get the right mana cards. I think the threat of popping Gateway is bigger then anything else.
Against Golgari midrange for example they have to choose what to kill with the -3 of Viven Search for Azcanta or the Gateway(They always take the gateway) and this gives u a "free" slip the Azcanta.

Awesome, thanks. Takes a lot of patience to win that many games with this list. Definitely have to learn how to take the right lines to close out faster. Do you find yourself popping the Gateway? The card draw is good enough either way. Is Niv-Mizzet Jeskai an auto-loss?

Gametime im not sure but i would guess around 10min+
