Once the opponent is poisoned, most cards in the deck either proliferates or poisons.
The opening hand is the key. Start with at least one or two cards that poisons.
such as:
Prologue to Phyresis, Vraska's Fall, or the Infectious Inquiry. Or mulligan.
alternatively, if you have Anoint with Affliction or Bring the Ending instead, these cards will help you last a couple of rounds until you draw that poison card, without having to waste any other cards with proliferate.
Generally, you want to hold off using proliferate cards until the first poison counter has dropped, then go to town with the proliferates through weenie killing or card draws.
It is possible finish in seven turns and on top of that, leave your opponent with a hand full of useless removal spells.
