Historic Brawl - Zurchanting
Midrange
Enchantment tribal where cards with Oblivion Ring effects become beatdown machines afterward. It's like playing a bunch of Skyclave Apparitions and Brutal Cathars, except now they're bigger, hexproof, trade with anything that doesn't have first strike, and combo with many Theros Beyond Death cards like Heliod and anything with constellation!
Other than Sigil of the Empty Throne, I'm not totally sure that any of the 5+ CMC cards belong in here. (Not counting Leyline Binding and Sky-Blessed Samurai, which never cost their printed mana cost anyway.) Might be better off with cards like Negate, Miscast, Spell Pierce, and Keep Safe to, well, keep Zur safe.
I'll do a longer writeup next time I revise this deck, though.
