Slight update and not final but given it bodied a Locust God I felt it might be a necessary update. Thanks to Stark Naked Elf on Arena for doing some tests with me on this.

{Basic Gist}
This is a pure jank nonsensical Commander Deck I'm trying in Brawl but I don't want to waste 30 common wild cards if I don't have to so I need to export it to an alt to test...<.< Much as it pains me not to have it on the main. I also might not keep Slogurk as the Commander when I build it in paper as probably leveraging the Instant and Sorcery recycle could be the key to turning this from meme to "meme with teeth" though it won't ever be more than that I personally don't mind and hey if you have pile of Slime Against Humanuty from box opening then you probably could do worse than this while we wait to see somebody make a list for Modern or Pioneer.

Also alternatively if you just want a full pile of SaH you should probably just use Avve and stall/storm off. I would commend you for trying it!

{Changes and Ideas per 2.0}
33 SaH is one logistics addition. For some reason 30 wasn't quite right but 33 appeals to the shuffler. Also, my friend Stark made me realize my copy spells wouldn't work on SaH as it would enter as a 0/0 XD I'm dumb. He had a good laugh about this when he was like "you might just want to up the SaHs and just drop the copy spells." Which as it turns out hit the magic number to have about 2-4 SaHs every hand!! Amazing. I also noted without a board wipe if this is built in paper Heroic Intervention or just generic Protec effects might be necessary as assembling a horde of slimes is fun but they aren't hard to pick off in Brawl let alone proper Elder Dragon Highlander.

Slight theory crafting but I think in paper I might replace Slogurk (sorry buddy) with a Temur commander or a five color I don't care about to get access to Izzet colors so I can recycle the sorceries themselves or double the triggers. We'll see. Now keeping Slogurk something I forgot about is adding the Capenna 'gain a life = get a basic' reverse fetches. Because if you do that you can go more ramp for less effort.

{MVPs}
SaH: Simple but wonderful once you reach a curve of three or more it can go from meme to meme with teeth that snowballs out of control very fast as first is just little guy but the next gets bigger and has trample naturally. Also a great combo with...

Simic Ascendency: A easy wincon in this deck even as lumbering as it is. Won against a Esper Sauruman just casting SaH and Slogurk. No proliferate necessary!

Biogenic Ooze: I always forget just how terrifying this card can get in late games. Naturally just stacks counters and it make more Oozes at any moment for a low cost of 4 mana. Insanity! Very often serves to punish people who think they can amass a bunch of stompers or walls and wait out the fury of our Oozes.

{Under Preformers}

Avve: My boy I love him but honestly it's rare you get to use his storm even if you manage to hoard enough spells. =/ Probably not long for the deck.

Consuming Blob: Has not appeared in a hand yet! >.< Hard to judge but that's point against it for sure. I have faith though we'll see some data in 2.5 or sooner.

@TiR2 Well you didn't but as my friend Staark reported it Arena seems to have changed that rule with SaH and possibly Rats. Need to build up a set of four and try it on a alt to see to confirm it wasn't just a glitch.

you don't need "30 wild cards", for cards like SAH or rats. just 4
