Description

Main Deck:

This deck revolves around Kenku Artificer and flicker spells, mixed with a bit of proliferate to make big, flying artifacts to beat your opponent down. Kenku is the main flicker target for this deck to turn your non-creature artifacts into flying 3/3 homonculi. The primary target for Kenku is Weapon Rack, one of the only non-creature artifacts that comes into play with +1/+1 counters already attached, making it a +6/+6 flier with kenku's ability as early as turn 5. Weapon Rack has the added bonus of being able to distribute its counters to other creatures which makes the proliferate spells in this deck much more effective, and can be combo'ed with Eye of Malcator to create an artifact army every turn. Witching Well and Aether Spellbomb serve as back-up artifacts for Kenku. Witching Well scrys when it ETBs and allows for potential card draw while Aether Spellbomb allows for both card draw and the ability to send your own creatures back to hand in the event you miss a blink spell, or your opponent is packing a lot of counters.

The rest of the creatures in the deck serve very specific purposes. Floodhound to keep making artifact tokens for Kenku; Archaeomancer to get your flicker spells back; Sunscape Familiar to reduce the cost of blue spells; Thrummingbird for proliferate; and Trinket Mage to grab low-cost artifacts or artifact lands from the deck. Outside of the artifacts, the rest of the other non-creature spells are either flicker or card draw with proliferate.

Sideboard:

The sideboard brings in a little removal, spell copying to get even more flicker for your mana, and another way to bounce creatures back to your hand if you're struggling with counters/to find flicker spells.
