The combo is very simple:
Cast 
, stay alive and in your next run hold control before main phase, cast 
and watch how all the trolls wake up and inmediatly obliterate your opponent.
But HOW??
- Get yourself a bunch of lands with Cultivate
and Migration Path, go faster with Lotus Cobra and Wolfwillow Haven - Stay alive with the trusty Bonecrusher Giant, clean the table with Storm's Wrath and apply pressure to the opponents head.
- Bling dragon (Goldspan Dragon) is good for everything just cast it and let it go
- Remember to destroy the opponents key lands with the saga or Gnottvold Slumbermound
- Eventually manage to get the combo pieces
- Do not get countered
- ?????
- Win the game
