The goal of Troublemaker Treasures is to play our small creatures that have good death triggers such as Shambling Ghast
and Riveteers Requisitioner
, later sacrificing them to our Deadly Dispute
or Village Rites
. This will allow us a whole bunch of value as we are drawing cards as well as creating mana. With this card draw, hopefully you have found one of the 4 Goldspan Dragon
's that you have in the deck so that you can cast it around turn 3 or 4. It is a huge bonus to have found Jaxis, the Troublemaker
as you can blitz her out for 2 mana, tap her, pay one red and discard a card, to create a token copy of your Goldspan Dragon. With this you swing in, create a bunch of mana with treasures and deal a good amount of damage along the way and drawing some cards!
If the damage you can deal with Goldspan Dragon is not enough, you could always luck into a Light Up the Night
! With this card you can spend all of your unused mana to burn the opponent for the last little bit of life total they have left! Blitzing Bois is fun! Copying Goldspan Dragon is fun! Good Luck!
