Ok! So this deck is quite simple. Get 1 or 2 of any combination of Flourishing Fox
, Drannith Healer
or Drannith Stinger
out in first 2-3 turns, then cycle as many cards as possible in your other turns to use your Zenith Flare
's for maximum effect, whilst getting benefits of cycling from your creatures on the battlefield (health, damage, +1/+1 counters).
Extra things to note:
- Zirda, the Dawnwaker
is essentially a free card to the deck. You don't need Zirda but it reduces the cost of cycling on a few cards when it is active (Triomes go down from 3 cost to 1). You can also use it as an emergency blocker. - Shark Typhoon only needs to cycle for x value 0 technically, but if it is the only cycle card in hand and you have the lands available, I would use it for more to get flying shark creature tokens.
- Boon of the Wish-Giver can be used to help find those Zenith Flare's or just get more cycling cards for your next turn if you are short.
The most important thing to remember with this deck is to pay attention to how much damage you can take safely. Most of the time you will get pretty low on health, but if you time the Zenith Flare's correctly you can do big damage and gain big life, giving you some sustain for the next turn's Zenith (theoretically).
