This is my first attempt of taking advantage of the new Proliferate mechanic in War of the Spark. It takes the "Growth Core" core of a Selesnya Angel deck from "Bloody" that I really like (https://twitter.com/Bloody/status/1116143233946533888) and adds some of the proliferate mechanics introduced in War of the Spark. The idea is to drop things like Wildgrowth Walker, Merfolk Branchwalker, and Jadelight Ranger down and (hopefully) get one or more counters on them. Then drop things like Evolution Sage and Bloom Hulk to profilate those and bulk them up.
Challenger Troll provides added protection by preventing your buffed-up creatures from being blocked by more than one creature. Nissa and Awakening of Vitu-Ghazi just give you some more creatures that already have counters on them and thus can automatically take advantage of proliferate. Also, if you can alt with Nissa and you have one or more Evolution Sages on the battlefield you can create some truly outrageous bodies.
Band Together offers a little bit of removal for aggressive midrange (this deck is a little on the slow side;) God-Eternal Rhonas and Planewide Celebration are just splashed in there because I think they're super-cool cards (Planewide Celebration also gives you another chance to proliferate.)
