Description: Fun pauper deck I assembled for the Christmas event.
Record: Went 5-1 my first go-round only loss was to mana screw. Second playthrough went 4-2.
Strategy: Card advantage through discard allows us to win most matchups. Removal for almost every threat sprinkled throughout allows our creatures to trade favorably when using tricks like Fungal Infection
and Vicious Offering
. A fun trick is blocking with a fodder creature such as Burglar Rat
or a saproling token and using Costly Plunder
to fetch us two fresh cards. Veiled Shade
allows the deck to scale late and is usually your finisher.
