This deck plays an early to mid-game as a standard Hydra deck moving seemlessly into an endgame of Flood of Tears
and Omniscience
.
Either Tamiyo, Collector of Tales
or Salvager of Secrets
can return the Flood and make this an infinite loop, possibly drawing your deck using Risen Reef
or Jace or using Nissa to animate all your lands in one turn and swing in for alot of damage.
The deck can easily be improved with a better mana base - I don't have the rare lands right now ...
