The basic idea is to get out my commander, get fatty creatures into the graveyard, put them on top of my library with my commander, untap my commander and do it some more, then cheat them out off my library, and sac them to something favorable like greater good. Rinse and repeat, hopefully find pain bacon (end-raze forerunners) and smack my opponents to death.
There are more expensive options for upgrades but like to keep my decks under $100
