For the MTG Arena Mid-Week event: Historic Singleton.
This deck holds its own against regular Historic decks. (I had no other way to prepare and refine this deck.)
The deck themes are Menace and Aggro and must be played that way. Even more so when you have Settle the Wreckage
in your hands as you want your opponent to get annoyed and desperate to attack - for you to clear the board. The deck has plenty of creature and planeswalker removal spells, but remember, since your creatures have Menace, you need only keep one blocker alive on the board – as alone, that creature can’t do anything with your onslaught. All the better if you get Sonorous Howlbonder
or the Labyrinth Raptor
on the board - at which point, your opponent needs even more creatures to block. By then, it’s usually too late.
