-3x Omen of the Sea
+3x Brainstorm
Brainstorm looks better then Omen, its cheaper, I can hide Crabs into library from discard effect and it makes nice combo with Teferi's Tutelage ( 1x Teferi's Tutelage + 1x Brainstorm = 6 cards milled)
For its cheapness it can be played at the end of opponents turn, or after his scry, if he left card on top of his library.

- 2x Staggering Insight
- 1x Curious Obsession
- 1x High Alert
+3 Compelling Argument
+3 Omen of the Sea
After testing deck I found big weakness in drawing cards, Staggering Insight and Curious Obsession have little chance to go through and make me draw a card. So I replace them with Omen of the Sea and Compelling Argument (cycling) / can be use as speed up milling.
Dovin’s Veto was removed because his unnecessary. Most games it was discarded by Teferi’s Tutelage, maybe I put it into sideboard.
4x High Alert was enough. Reduced
