The idea is to get Howlpack Piper out as soon as you can and hope that it doesn't get bounced or removed before the next turn and then use 4 mana to put 2 creatures onto the battlefield from your hand. This will make it turn to night since you didn't cast anything. Now you have at least 3 creatures on the battlefield and you just added a creature to your hand from Wildsong Howler. Then you either play one creature out a turn if you don't have Tovolar, Dire Overlord or as many as you can if you do.
Right now I just went through Gold on Standard ladder and am 13-2 with this deck.
