Description

I play this deck currently on MTGA with 3 trophys instead of the second big vraska, since I need another wildcard. 2 trophys are enough for me, since they ramp opponent in the early game. There is enough removal for creatures, and you also can keep planeswalker low with valuecards like the merfolk or a plaguecrafter. Sometimes I used them on Azcanta and Benalia.

I like the tyrant maindeck because he is a bigger threat than the whisperer in my opinion. With all the explore you can filter him out early and bring him back sometimes multiple times with find/finality, findbroker or the memorial.

The memorial saved me often, in a chain over findbroker to a pw, or as said to a tyrant. Sometimes it´s an unfortunate draw, but in this deck there are no one drops and a lot of two drops to compensate.

I played sometimes with 2 e-rejuvinator for ramp with lelves, but i see that in this more controlly setup more consistency without ramp. I see the value of the district guide if you in desperate need of a chupa or jadelight. the rejuvinator gave me sometimes the folly, which was amazing, but it´s a card you can´t count on. Also the guide´s body is better.

I didn´t enjoy playing lelves. When you get them first turn, it´s kind of ok, but the additional mana that you often w´ont get because of removal is in my opinion worse than fe a seeker with a possible force of a lightning strike or a branchwalker with a good attack for round 3.

I didn´t maindeck walker, because in the early steps the exploration is way better for setting up a pl, a chupa or a return to get control in the midgame. the life is really handy, but i feel better with the exploration itself, than crossing fingers he stays for the jadelight.

Besides the pw´s, that get you cards, destroy threats on play and setting up wincons, I like finality a lot for board wipes. Sometimes you sacrifice a lot too, but with the comeback tools and exploration, I found me always a solution to comeback harder than my opponent.

I d´ont like midnight reaper in this deck, it can backfire hard and often replaces just himself with a new card, for 3 mana and losing 1 life. I see the value with the lelves and baby vraska or izoni, but i like the jadelights and the crafter more.

I d´ont like journey. It´s an awesome card, but it doesn´t fit the current constellation of cards in this deck in my opinion.

I like this deck a lot, the synergy and variety is awesome. I only played this in free play, not competitive.

Have fun! :)
