This is a standard RW prison brew designed to wipe the board, limit OP spells, exile, etc. Its not great but it can eat Phoenix/tribal aggro/and graveyard strats.
The real fun combo here is to land Authority of the Consuls
then to go with a massive Eiganjo Uprising
for lethal.
