I decided to revive a dead playstyle, featuring the Doom of Depths itself! And surprisngly, it works well against the current Dimir Flash meta, benefitting from being milled, and the creatures "Polukranos, Unchained", "Kogla, The Titan Ape", and "Masssacre Wurm" being direct counters to the Rogues.
Thassa's Oracle can replace Kitesail Freebooter if you find yourself able to win often by milling yourself out, but it's rare for me so far, so I keep in the maybeboard. Lochmire Serpent is also not a bad choice if you don't prefer "Atris, Oracle of Half-Truths", especially when you want a few pesky graveyard critters exiled from play thanks to taking advantage of self-milling.
Fiend Artisan also takes advantage of self-milling, becoming stronger as more creatures are in your grave. Plus, if you want a specific creature from your deck on the battlefield, there's no better card to help with that. I consider this an alternative to Thassa's Oracle and Kitesail Freebooter.
World Shaper works with this deck as well, including bringing back any and all lands in your grave to the battlefield because of self-milling.
Gemrazar is also nice too, able to contest with those filthy rogues, plus destroy enchantments/artifacts in case you can't attack with Titan of Apes.
