After reading Frank Karsten's article here, I realized that the mana base is not good enough for Call to the Feast, Vicious Conquistador, and Legion's Landing // Adanto, the First Fort. Until I can get a playset of Isolated Chapel and an equivalent playset to Concealed Courtyard in Standard, this is the current best (?) decklist.
Sanctum Seeker is the primary win-con.
Regarding SB:
Duress, Seal Away, and Plague Mare are for playing against Boros.
Remorseful Cleric is for playing against Golgari.
Duress and Walk the Plank are for playing against Dimir.
Plague Mare and Walk the Plank are for playing against Selesnya.

Made some changes due to a commen recieved on reddit that I agreed with, so I'm trying this out. The comment was "... I might cut a couple Radiant Destinys for Vanquisher's Banner. Zealot is fine for card draw, but it's a bit finite, whereas Banner generates it with a little pump to boot. I would cut a couple Tribunals for Ixalan's Binding against the really scary stuff. I might go down one Call to the Feast or Legion's Landing for another Sanctum Seeker... "

I am tinkering around with some variations of this deck on MTGA. Mind Rot on curve in place of Queen's Commission might be more beneficial against any deck. Also looking at Elenda, the Dusk Rose and other legendaries to include as a 1-of in MB to better stand up to current meta. I think Vamps need card advantage.
Here's the curve I'm thinking for control: 1-Legion Landing, 2-Adanto Vanguard, 3-Mind Rot, 4-2x Dusk Legion Zealot.
Here's the curve I'm thinking for beatdown: 1-Skymarcher, 2-Adanto Vanguard, 3-Radiant Destiny, 4-Legion Lieutenant, 5-Sanctum Seeker and Skymarcher.

Going to test this out at FNM Standard. Will report back!
I may replace the ajani pridemate in order to move gain life payoff to higher end of curve and return deck to completely vamp tribal for more +1/+1 synergy.
Results from FNM: The deck as it was could not stand up to anything I faced. Will make some changes and focused on what can make vampires viable all-around. Will try again sometime in future.

OP:
This deck was made from a prior net deck, then modified for cards I had in my collection that would fit the function of the cards I was missing as best as possible. This is a budget deck that I will be taking to Standard FNM at some point shortly. I will edit this post with my win/loss after.
The goal for this deck is to be somewhat budget-friendly while also being able to win consistently at FNM Standard Tournaments.
Critique and criticism greatly welcomed and appreciated. I would love to eventually have this deck become "the definitive budget vampires deck."
Also, I realize that my vamps deck really needs to have at least 2 Radiant Destiny and 2 Legion's Landing // Adanto, the First Fort, so I'll be trying to get some soon, but that might be the most expensive this deck should get. When I do get those 3 cards (2 Radiant, 1 Legion's), I will delete Cleansing Nova, move Make a Stand to SB, then add Radiant and Legion's to MB. Finally, move Arterial Flow to SB and delete Shield Mare.
Card choices reasoning:
Make a Stand is to set up an alpha strike win-con.
Ajani's Pridemate for lifegain payoff win-con.
Sanctum Seeker makes opponent's blocking a non-issue for the 1/1s.
Martyr of Dusk is there for going against aggro.
Arterial Flow will help against control.
Cleansing Nova in SB for going up against a tokens deck or chainwhirler.
Remorseful Cleric in SB to help against Golgari undergrowth, and is a replacement card for Sentinel Totem.
If anyone has any questions for me about this deck, I am Bignheavy on Reddit.
I am also DuskLegionZealot on MTGA.
