Learn more Download For WindowsAs usual in my Brawl decks, I'm not going to go through the cards one by one as that would take too long. I'll just go over some of the key pieces of the combo we've assembled here.
This will be the final build of this deck for now. I do not feel like any more changes need to be made.
We all get tired of seeing 4C Omnath running around. Only cool kids play 4C Omnath. We're not cool. We're Hot Topic Emo!
So in all honesty, this deck was REALLY easy for me to put together. Bant colors have a lot of really good synergies with Landfall or enabling Landfall. While Omnath decks can probably do Landfall better, this deck holds its own fairly well. We just don't have access to the Red removal/Landfall options that Omnath does which we're pretty okay with that. At its core, this deck IS a Landfall deck, but it does subtheme from my old Simic and Bant Proliferate Decks where we can chug out a TON of +1/+1 counters and just smash the face (as I am typing this, I'm suddenly realizing I'm missing Pridemalkin here and I really should have it in there. So it is there now). The nice thing about running Chulane vs. running Omnath is that Chulane lets you draw a card and play a land untapped every time you cast a creature spell. So you can just chain off a whole lot of Landfall triggers in a single turn if you keep getting lands. Not counting the times when I was still auto-conceding after first building the deck, I've faced Omnath around 7 or 8 times and only lost once. Against Phylath decks, I've played about the same amount and lost around 3 times. Against Heliod, I've faced that one about the same amount as well and have not lost to it at all. So this deck CAN hold its own against some of the top meta Brawl decks around right now.

Misc Notes:
Confounding Conundrum is great for shutting down your opponent's ramp. You'd be amazed how many people will forfeit when they realize they can't play multiple lands in one turn. Auspicious Starrix and Migratory Greathorn are the only Mutate creatures in here. I like popping them on Dream Trawler.
