Update: I think this deck works now.
Update Update: I just cast 3 Peer into the Abyss
with 4 Smothering Tithe
on board. The first one worked no delay, the 2nd one had a long delay but eventually worked. The third one did not work. Game ended in a draw, but the card resolved as the draw screen popped up (no rope).Of course I also cast Emergency Powers
, So it could be the Reshuffling of the Graveyard into the Library. This of course was about as much as i could have tested the interaction in one game. Sadly it still may crash. Good Luck.
This deck is built around abusing multiple Smothering Tithe with draw effects. You sweep the board till you can play Omniscience
or Emergency Powers Then you just play out the whole deck using Folio of Fancies
to fuel more draw/treasures. Once you have everything in place you can also seemingly play a turn that goes as long as your deck has steam. Sometimes you can play your entire deck multiple times, and it seems like the rope never comes.
This deck can win via Mill. It is usually the only way to beat Counterspell/Exile decks. Folio of Fancies is very good just on its own. Folio also allows for more mulligans. It is possible to win with a 4-5 card starting hand if you have Folio of Fancies.

. It works okay, just make sure you select the right choices. I like to use it at the end before mill or Banefire
as a thank you to the people who let me play the entire deck out.
