Some tricks:
Hold faithless until turn 2 if you have hollow one.
Finale acts as 3 casts, and will fully trigger Phoenix, and also make Steam Kin a 4/4 for more mana.
You have a lot of cantrips. If you have a few in your starting hand, and only one land, you can keep.
Best case scenario draws for this deck are insane. Normally, you'll be aiming for a turn 4 win, however, you can do some crazy things like:
4x 4/4s on the field on your turn 2 (Needs 4x hollow one and 2x faithless looting in your starting hand)
Infinte mana and full deck draw on turn 3 (Needs 3x 1 mana cantrips, and steam kin to stick on turn 2)
Finale with grapeshot in the graveyard can give you 4x pings. You need to order the casts properly though, so you achieve the maximum number of storm triggers.
You have 8 sources of removal in this deck: 4x shock & 4x grapeshot.
I've gone down to as low as 14 lands in the deck. It works more often than it feels like it should. Try playing around with your lands, and take advantage of the Bo1 shuffler.
IF YOU MODIFY THIS LIST, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE APPROPRIATE RATIO OF INSTANTS AND SORCERIES. THIS IS IMPORTANT FOR CONSISTENT FINALE TRIGGERS.
It is very important that you have your full turn planned out BEFORE you cast anything. Your ordering of casts, and your utilization of mana-cheating (Steam Kin and Birgi), need careful and deliberate spell cast ordering and planning.
