This deck could be truly obnoxious because it is based on copying Fynn, the Fangbearer using Double Major, or making all of your creatures into copies of him using Echoing Equation. Because of how his ability works, copies stack counter generation, so two copies of him put 4 poison counters on the opponent whenever a creature with deathtouch hits the opponent. For example, if you play a cheap deathtouch minion on turns 1-3, then follow up with Fynn + Double Major on turn 4, your three deathtouchers can swing in for a total of 12 poison counters.
Everybody to play against a Scute Swarm deck knows how many tokens they can generate in the late game. If the game stretches to 7 mana, you can play Fynn + Echoing Equation to make all of your tokens into copies of Fynn, which means that not only do they all have deathtouch, but they will all put counters equal to twice the number of tokens you have in play on the opponent (e.g. if you have 4 Scutes and play the combo, each deathtoucher to make it through unblocked puts 10 poison counters on the opponent, killing them).
