Working with EDHREC and sharing our Commander deck data!

We are excited to announce that we are working with EDHREC, providing our Commander data to their website!

EDHRECis one of, if not the most popular website when it comes to Commander. EDHREC analyzes a large database of decks to help players with the format. They have a crowdsourced repository of Commander decks and collect data from multiple websites to provide users with detailed analytics and data. With daily articles from content creators specialized in the formats it is a go-to place for all Commander players.

No matter which Commander is your favorite you will find multiple decks on EDHREC, we are happy to be one of the sources providing data to this huge project. Leveraging our legality engine, we ensure that all decks posted on our DeckHub are legal. Should cards become banned in the format we have tools for rechecking all our decks and warn users if a deck is not legal any longer. We are also providing a link to EDHRec in our card database for cards that can be played as a Commander.

Our search engine is linked through the Commander pages of EDHREC now and you can also find our users decks on the website

If you post public Commander decks on Aetherhub, they will also be part of the EDHREC database.

New or old, EDHREC has detailed data on thousands of Commanders

There are several great features on EDHREC; The ability to browse all Commanders in each set, which makes for a great overview of potential new Commanders to try out. From there you can dive further into decklists by clicking each of them, look at the data and find decklists.

My favorite feature has to be the Themes category, it groups decks together based on the theme and tribal of the deck like Vampires, Zombies, Dinosaurs, Lands +1/+1 Counters, etc. extremely useful when combined with statistics of popular cards in each deck. They also have a list of popular Commanders as we have on our MetaHub, there are also groupings based on popular color combinations, types and even saltiest cards! (yes Stasisimage I am looking at you)

My favorite feature on EDHREC is the Tribes/Themes page

And if all of this wasn't enough you can click cards and add them to a clipboard and export them to the deck builder of external sites! So if you have not done so already, be sure to bookmark EDHREC and get access to not only the best website aimed at Commander with a huge amount of data but also daily articles on the topic! We are very excited to be part of the Commander environment and be part of EDHREC as a data source.
