Top Standard Decks - February 2024

How is everyone enjoying Murders at Karlov Manor? Well, officially, we still have two days before tabletop releases, even if everyone are already testing out the new set in Arena. As such we can, of course, expect no influence from the recent release. But you know what, the winds of change are at it once again, because everything is just jumbled up.

Standard Tournament Meta - Top 8 Decks

Yup, Mono-Red is now back to the top for Standard tournament meta once again. Okay, that one is at least expected from time to time. But Bant Toxic climbing all the way to 4th place exactly one year (right to the month) after ONE's release? Now that is somewhat unexpected. The rest of the other meta decks were shuffled as well. Although, as usual, we have more than one Domain ramp deck on the top eight (there are three of them again).

Standard MTG Arena: Best of Three - Top 8 Decks

Standard Bo3 has a much more predictable curve going from January to February, with Bant decks springing back to action again after their brief stint at the end of 2023. Golgari and Mono-Red take back the top spots, and 4/5C dropped all the way down to 6th from being 1st last month (tied with Bant). Our venerable Simic is, fortunately still on the list, though it is dangling just barely at 8th place (2.78% of the meta).

Standard MTG Arena: Best of One - Top 8 Decks

Huh, did we check that correctly? There seem to be two Azorius entries for February of 2024. Ah well, that happens. As you might have expected, Bo1's updates are way less exciting. Gruul Dinosaurs feel down to the third spot is probably the biggest development, maybe? But everything else is just pretty much in their same places.
