Control
Designed for best of ones. Fun deck. Have made it to Gold 2 so far with it, but I don't play much - the win rate is solid for me. If it draws correctly, it can beat most decks.
Mulligan for Duress
and Fungal Infection
as these both work well against the primary fast threats (mono blue and rdw/burn). Red is your least important mana type as there are no early cards which need a red besides Bedevil
on turn 3. Even though black is what you want for turn one, I have found that I have won virtually no games where I don't have a white land to start so try really hard for a black and a white or a dual in the mulligan as well.
This has gone through many prior versions and this has been the best decklist for BO1 so far out of them.
Shout out to the other dudes building Mardu Control as I used many of these decks in my playtesting to come up with a BO1 version.
