If we had access to Spirit of the Labyrinth this deck would be complete...
The original deck ran an Adapt package (4x Incubation Druid & 4x Growth-Chamber Guardian), alongside 3x Biomancer's Familiar to keep the value train going (I have managed to double Kinnan activations in a single turn!). These have been cut/reduced as it was win-more vs Control and too slow vs aggro. That said, it was fantastic against removal.deck as the amount of threat a single Growth-Chamber Guardian represents was fantastic! (Idea was that if you're lacking Kinnan, Biomancer allows you to keep adapting and creating huge beaters allowing you to use your mana underneath your Archon of Emeria to out value your opponent!)
The deck now includes Collected Company as well as Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy to increase its resource advantage which has paid off against all types of decks. The deck being less reliant on Kinnan & Biomancer combo in favour of running Kinnan & Dorks plus CoCo has improved the consistancy but at the cost of being able to run cool 4 drops (or higher!) in the main & side.
Game plan is two fold - lock out the board (Stax) then out-resource your opponent with Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy & Collected Company to get more creatures which either act as ETB removal or as Stax pieces. Kinnan only needs three lands plus two dorks to active his ability (or 5 lands plus one of them). Also Kinnan doubling the mana from dorks can lead to fantastic T2 plays (T1 Llannowar into T2 Kinnan & another 2 drop).
Removal package is reasonable with ten 3 mana value creatures (4x Skyclave Apparition, 3x Knight of Autumn & 3x Deputy of Detention) - any of which can be copied by Glasspool Mimic.
Sideboard is in flux - some of it can go mainboard depending on how the meta shifts - I would like to replace the 4 drops for smaller creatures - but have struggle to find good repacements (previously ran Questing Beast, Vorinclex, Yasharn before switching to CoCo)
Note: for Bo1 I've cut the amount of removal (one of each creature) for 3 Scavenging Oozes

Final thoughts:
Spirit of the Labyrinth would be amazing in this deck - print it into Historic you cowards!
