How to Play This Matchup
Rating 70/30 in your favor
This matchup is pretty easy to play on the play or draw. Just know when to play down your threats. You want to get in as much damage as you can while not overcommiting to the boardstate. Priest just gets shocked and claim the firstborn hits nothing except for liliana or ugin tokens if they even play those cards. Ideal had consists of 2-3 lands (Fabled Passage and bloodcrypt and a swamp is perfect). Midnight reaper or mahem devil but midnight reaper is better by a little in this matchup. Spark Harvest. Rankle, Master of Pranks. Finally the Cat-Oven Combo. Always take the play. Take it slow and fast at the same time (value over speed). And you should be fine. And hey, maybe they are just having better draws than you.
