This is a purely jank fueled deck that goes infinite in UG. Even with the jank Pro-Life can still hold up because of the strong interactions with the proliferate mechanic and creatures like Chamber Sentry, Ugin's Conjurant, and Voracious Hydra.
The core mechanic that drives the deck is proliferate which is why I have affectionately called it Pro Life. The deck first started out using proliferate to buff up creatures that enter the battlefield with counters on a colorless focus. Then I saw it Magistrate's Scepter...
Magistrate's Scepter uses a counter mechanic to give extra turns so when you get cards like Evolution Sage on the field then Magistrate's Scepter can run up extra turns really quick.
Once Magistrate's Scepter (with one counter on it), and Tamiyo, Collector of Tales hit the field then the combo is ready just cast Planewide Celebration and fetch it back with Tamiyo, Collector of Tales then use the Magistrate's Scepter and repeat untill you have lethal by creatures or God-Pharaoh's Statue if attacking isn't an option.
Colorless focus means Karn, the Great Creator can fetch the scepter whenever it feels right, and the Tamiyo, Collector of Tales and Planewide Celebration combo means infinite proliferate.
While the combo is super cool, this deck actually functions without the combo fairly well.
A x guy on turn 1 into Pollenbright Druid 2 then Evolution Sage on 3 feels good. Herald of Secret Streams is a great card for a surprise lethal after you get some big creatures. Hydroid Krasis gives the deck more acceleration and a really good proliferate target and [[Voracious Hydra] works as expensive removal for minor threats and a huge body to sink mana into.
The sideboard is full of goodies for Karn, the Great Creator to grab in varying situations. Golos, Tireless Pilgrim in the sideboard give Evolution Sage procs or mana ramp, God-Pharaoh's Statue is a way to win with no creatures, Rampaging Monument and Traxos, Scourge of Kroog are there to fetch a creature if you need it and everything else is whatever artifacts you feel might work.
I also think that another Ugin, the Ineffable could fit in if you wanted (probably dropping a Tamiyo) but 1 still feels really nice.(Also I just realized that I am running only basic lands soo there is that too.) I recommend you play some bot games to get a feel for this deck.
Overall This deck is actually really fun to play and gives you a lot of clicking action to win. It's a fairly safe craft too because all of the important cards are safe through rotation So go give it a try Gamers! Good luck!!
