19A/32: Grixis - Nekusar, the Mindrazer.
Nekusar is one of if not the first commander deck I built so I felt a nostalgia to go back and up tune this deck as much as possible. I poured all my malice, my hatred and my ill will toward all commander players; sometimes you just want to play a villain. The goal is to just wheel and kill people through the Nekusar damage, other draw-ping sources as well as discard-shock effects so a wheel will hopefully deal ~15 damage each time. Games go fast with either people seeing you as the threat immediately before you get going or decide to drink from the devil's water and let Nekusar stick until its too late. There's a heavy Bolas tribute so some suboptimal cards are included like Cruel Ultimatum
.
Crazy interations to know: Helm of the Ghastlord
and Nekusar means that every card drawn by your oppenents is discarded. Library of Leng
actually gives you no max hand size and when you discard a card you may instead put it to the top, so you can wheel cards you don't need into the grave while keeping other wheels.
