The aim is to get Omniscience
into play using Flood of Tears
, play Salvager of Secrets
to get back the Flood and repeat.
You need 4 permanents to bounce so we have a bunch of cheap payoff cards that have enter the battlefield effects.
Blood sun is a great card draw engine but also allows Lotus Field to be played without down side!

Turn 1: Land - Navigator's Compass
Turn 2: Land - Guild Globe
Turn 3: Land - Blood Sun
Turn 4: Lotus Field - Niv-Mizzet
Turn 5: Flood of Tears -> Omniscience -> Replay Compass, Globe, Blood Sun, Niv-> Salvager = Infinite loop for win
