Description

Today we are popping off with gruul artifacts. The deck uses cards that care all about artifacts, creating them, or sacrificing them. The powerhouse cards in the deck are Teething Wurmletimage, Bristlebud Farmerimage, Dowsing Device // Geode Grottoimage, and Legion Extruderimage. Teething Wurmletimage is the MVP in the deck with how much life it gains and how big it grows. Dowsing Device // Geode Grottoimage synergies insanely well with deck as it turns Bristlebud Farmerimage into a hasty 7/5 with trample, and Sentinel of the Nameless Cityimage becomes a hasty 5/4 with vigilance. Even when flipped into Dowsing Device // Geode Grottoimage the land can be used to pump up Bristlebud Farmerimage to trample over for massive damage. Legion Extruderimage picks apart the opponents tiny creatures and allows us to turn our map and food tokens into 3/3 golems. This can also be used to trigger Teething Wurmletimage on the opponents turn and surprise them with a 3/3 blocker. Something else that is cool about this deck is it is almost entirely rotation proof with the exception of just 4 lands that can be easily removed (Rockfall Valeimage).

Credit to Boethion for the original deck idea.
