The deck is more Weenies based than spells, unlike the other Dimirs around.
Proliferate is beneficial to Poison counters and Planeswalkers. A beefed up Liliana takes care of a lot problems, and -6 is common.
Voidwing Hybrid is even more useful than in the other Dimirs as it is an easy Discard +1 for Liliana, that you will get back right away with a Proliferate.
Burn with Shelly, Schemming Aspirant and Gixian Puppeteer. To draw extra cards, we have Phyrexian Arena (only two but three might be better.. even if only one on board is wiser) and Jace. I haven't tested with a Bankbuster, and Distorted Curiosity is still very much an option, here.
Blightbelly Rat is nice as it proliferates in death wich adds poison counters, Liliana loyalty, brings back Voidwing in hand, activate Scheming Aspirant, etc.
Tekuthal might be an option but it sounds too slow, eating up a whole turn to summon it.
Sideboard is just for making readjustments as wished.
