Top Standard Decks - July 2023

We are officially a month away from the initial bannings (well, technically five weeks), so the perceived biggest changes in Standard should have already long passed. The rankings shuffle shouldn't be too drastic, but the meta percentages could be significantly different, as many of the component adjustments have already been made as far back as three weeks ago.

Standard Tournament Meta - Top 8 Decks

Esper Raffine comes back as the undisputed power vacuum filler of the top event decks, with a third of improvement over last month's ranking, sitting comfortably at 20.62% of the meta. Red Deck Wins maintains its position at second, though it lost a fair bit of adoption as it is currently at 11.88%. Orzhov Control leaps and bounds the rankings, from nowhere near the top 8, to now at third, with 9.38% of the meta.

Mono Red Wins improves its place to the second spot, but lowers down to 6.28%. Selesnya gets pushed to pretty much the same number, which is technically almost the same percentage from last month.
