blue got alot of synergy with artifacts and artifact creature from ELD. You could replace the mountains with islands, and run Mystic Forge instead of Explosive Frenzy, as you can still play cards from your hand with the forge, and you get a bit of selection. I like your inclusion of lucky clover, i've been thinking about including it but wasn't sure how to make it work. I suggest running some win con in the main board, so you can use your wishes as value or removal more flexibly. Currently playing grixis fires as well, but I don't run the fae of wishes, it seems cool I'm just not sure if it works without fires, feel like there should be a chromatic latern somewhere around here. i find the 2x cry on top of 3x ritual of soot is too much, and we often end up with dead cards in our hard. Don't have to worry about finding boardwipes as often with narset and drawn from dreams. I'd replace the cries with with Bedevil, as we have no mainboard way to deal with something like an ear4 years ago ago
