Keld Deck Wins (Budget)
This is a BUDGET deck - AKA, no rares.<br>I have not seen it in any other RDW decks, but Flame of Keld just looks absolutely nasty, both early and late game. [AKH] Izzet Budget - High win rate
Solid! Many props for the 4x Cryptic Serpent, most games it's a guaranteed 6/5 for 2 or 3 mana, seriously. I dropped all my Strategic Planning for 3 copies of Supreme Will, it's just too good. If you have them , 2 Rekindling Phoenix makes a frustrating threat :)6 years ago ago
