Izzet Arclight Phoenix
Risk factor is bad in this deck you don't pressure life total in a way RDW does. Not a bad list but a phoenix list without discovery/dispersal is a sub-obtimal one, this card is crazy in this deck. Velocity is cute but it is irrelevant in most case as well as enigma drake which is a weak card for wh5 years ago ago
