I removed the Smothering Tithe from the deck. Players have been catching on that it's not a threat. The Eldest Reborn removed for another swamp. Thaumatic Compass // Spires of Orazca removed since lands are fine, and added 3 Ixalan's Binding to help counter artifacts or just any card you don't want to see anymore. Added 1 more Dawn of Hope because there is more counter spells the higher I climb.
I've been testing this deck for a week now and it seems to be performing well in BO1 situations. The win condition is Dawn of Hope combined with either Azor's Gateway // Sanctum of the Sun and The Immortal Sun. A secondary win condition is with Kaya, Orzhov Usurper or Profane Procession // Tomb of the Dusk Rose. Honestly Kaya is the weakest card in the deck but she's great at early spot removal of mono red as well as providing 2 or 3 extra health essentially. The idea is to exile your opponent's creatures from play and zerging them down with 2/2 tokens. For the early game there is Fountain of Renewal versus aggro decks. Versus discard decks I added Arguel's Blood Fast // Temple of Aclazotz for on-demand card draw since life total doesn't matter in that match up. Once you have the fountain and dawn of hope online, arguel's becomes obsolete -- in turn, becomes fodder for azor's. I haven't run into any notable mana issues with this deck so i backed it down to 23 lands. But just in case, I added Thaumatic Compass // Spires of Orazca to fix lands as well as create an annoyance versus midrange and big creature decks. Kaya's Wrath because 4 mana board wipe. Smothering Tithe has been an mvp in a few of my matches because it's still a new block and some players don't know how to deal with it properly. It will lose favor as time goes on, but as of now it's an annoying road block at the start of their turn. Consecrate // Consume is an amazing card. Consecrate can mess up Golgari's Find by instant speed exiling the cards they have selected. Consume, unfortunately, is sorcery speed but it's a creature removal that targets players. The Immortal Sun is such a good card. It will take over your card draw in place of the enchantments allowing for more token generation from dawn. It does shut off Kaya but since she's such a weak card to begin with, and if she's still on board once immortal sun is ready, she's served her purpose and can't do much else than provide 6-7 average damage every 5 turns. I originally had 2 The Eldest Reborn but most of the time it was a dead draw so I bumped it back down to 1 for that sweet juicy Teferi potential. Most graveyard targets for Eldest end up in exile anyway, so the 3rd part of the card is mostly useless. It's perfectly reasonable to cut it for an extra mana, and cut the compasses and Kaya for something else you'd like to add.
There is a lot of aggro/burn in the meta game right now, so always mulligan for it.
