The best target for both reanimation and Thassa's bounce ability is Agent of Treachery
They combine really effectively in this deck that aims to get an agent into the graveyard then bring it back with one of our 8 reanimation spells. With Thassa in play we can bounce it and steal 2 permanents on the first turn and then one more each turn after that effectively locking the opponent out of the game.
