With Paranormal Analyst, you get to keep both cards: one on the battlefield and one in your hand. Overlord of the Hauntwoods(OotH) is a manafixer, a ramper, and a big creature. Wrenn is also a manafixer and rescues cards from the graveyard. You'll notice that the deck runs all permanents for that reason.
All those facedown colorless creatures benefit from Vannifar. Innkeeper's Talent(IT) and Kami, natch. Overgrown Zealot and Hauntwoods Shrieker helps you flip them face up. Flip Greenbelt Radical to finish them off. Nissa is basically there to get rid of enchantments, but if you can ult for the win, do it. Don't forget that IT doubles any loyalty counter gains, both on summoning and +1! And since OotH makes more Forests, your Nissa ults should hit harder.
Dissection Tools makes it hard to block with deathtouch, but they have to do SOMETHING, or the lifelink is going to win the race. Your opponent is actually going to have a hard time targeting your creatures, because of Innkeeper's Talent lvl 2, disguise, and cloak. During paper play, I'd expect your opponent to forget which are manifested with no ward, and which have ward 2. You are under no obligation to help your opponent remember, as long as you yourself don't forget! ;)
