Lost Jitte is a lot of utility in a small package. Make lots of Merfolk. Explore, buffing up your Merfolk, then send them in.
Your best single creature is the Cave-Diver, which should have the Glowcap Lantern, Swiftfoot Boots, and as many +1/+1 counters as possible. With Glowcap Lantern and Twists and Turns, your Case of the Locked Hothouse should allow you to cast whatever you want off the top of your library.
Another key combo is at least one Deeproot Pilgrimage and two Forensic Researchers, which allows you to make an infinite amount of Hexproof 1/1 Merfolk tokens. Make your opponent choose which combo they should try to stop, so that the other one goes through.
