A deck built around trying to get utility out of Utility Knife. No removal, no mana cheat, some alternative card draw sources, just throwing funky Equipment at face. It works OK.
Mana can get kind of dicey, but it's hard to predict which way until you draw a hand.
There should either be another Halvar in there, or no Halvars and replace it with another Kor Blademaster. Or a Blade Historian. But while the replacement make easier mana requirements, it loses a lot of flexibility that Halvar provides. Tweak as appropriate.
You could probably re-tune the entire deck to be more durable and move it out of aggro into mid-range. Lorehold Command actually shines in that case, though it's only worth having 1 in the aggro version.
