Arena Standard - Jeskai Wins (BO1 Beast)
This jeskai transmogrify deck has legs. Keep the battlefield clear with sweepers and cheat a dream trawler out on turn four (most decks just scoop to this combo). The only card we truly fear is Ugin, so we run a copy of soercerers spyglass to nip that in the bud before the Ugin player is even able to play it. We run two lukka's for another built in transmogrify, but I've found anymore than two has us topdecking them when we need something else. To fuel the transmogrify combo we run birth of meletis (which doubles as ramp and lifegain), tibalt, rakish instigator (which doubles as hate against the monowhite lifegain and B/X Vito decks), and shark typhoon (which doubles as a late game win-con). Running too many elspeth conquers deaths, as awesome a card as it is, can be a detrimental draw against a low aggro deck like cavalcade, so we elect to run two of them. We run three copies of narset, which I have found non-negotiable, because now that 3feri is gone Parter of veils may be one of the most oppressive cards in the format. When we use its activated ability we are guaranteed to retrieve a piece of our combo as we have built our deck around non-creatures. Furthermore, parter of veils single handedly shuts down several different archetypes in the competitive meta including ramp decks running uro and the ever annoying cycle decks that spam BO1.
