In this deck you're really hoping to hit the curve
1) Speaker or Archfiend
2) Youthful Valkyrie
3) Righteous Valkyrie
4) Firja's Retribution, Starnheim Unleashed, Legion Angel
You're trying to force them to respond to your first creature, so that later ones survive (longer), fly over their head and defeat them.
Runes are to fill gaps, to get what you need, when you need specific cards (and lifelink/deathtouch help)
Poison/Crippling are to destroy blockers
Best Angels are the Valkyries, with Serra type angels coming in after that.
Note how 4+cc Angels really improve what the Youthful/Righteous Angels have as benefits.
Comparing this deck to RunedAngels, this deck tries to get things in play before Counterspells slow things down. Although this deck is not really 'Aggro', it's a faster angel deck than RunedAngels.
