Game plan is to animate as many lands as we can and then play Planar Cleansing (which doesn't destroy land) and start swinging.

Bring things back with Tamiyo, Collector of Tales and Elspeth Conquers Death.

Give yourself an extra Nissa, Who Shakes the World using Spark Double (which can be brought back by ECD for 2 extra loyalty counters).

The Birth of Meletis and Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath keeps you alive. The latter is also an alternative win con, while also helping you ramp together with Growth Spiral.

Tips & Tricks:

Don't forget to bounce ECD with Teferi, Time Raveler if you have it on board before casting Planar Cleansing.
If you Spark Double your Nissa, Who Shakes the World you get 2 extra green mana when tapping a forest.
ECD and Tamiyo, Collector of Tales is an infinite loop if uninterrupted.
Use Karn's Bastion to boost your animated lands, buff up your planeswalkers, or turbo charge your sagas.
If you have enough mana you can use Nissa, Who Shakes the World to untap Karn's Bastion and activate Karn's Bastion twice.
Animated lands have vigilance which means you can use an animated Karn's Bastion while attacking for a surprise damage boost.
If you have activated Teferi, Time Raveler's first effect and you cast Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath you can Shatter the Sky as it's ETB effect triggers for a board wipe + 1 extra card draw.
Don't be afraid of letting Planeswalkers die sometime. You can quite easily bring them back later.
When playing against counter spells try to play Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath or other threats like Nissa, Who Shakes the World to wear them out so you can get a Teferi, Time Raveler on the board. Or if you find an opening, just take it. But be patient.
If you get to Nissa, Who Shakes the World's ultimate and you can't close out the game that round and you suspect your opponent having a board wipe it's always worth choosing the ultimate for the emblem (which give your lands indestructible).
Don't forget Tamiyo, Collector of Tales has a passive which can come in handy against some matchups.
