Deck shell based on recent 17lands trophy decks in Premier Draft ranked Diamond or higher as of Feb 23, 2023

Wincon: Get opponent to 10 poison counters using Proliferate.

Deck Composition: Nearly everything has Proliferate or Toxic. They are supported by interaction, defensive cards, draw and recursion. Most trophy decks had rares and mythics along with more uncommons but there are a small number of rare-less trophy decks. Frequently used uncommons include Voidwing Hybrid, Drown in Ichor, Bilious Skulldweller, Scheming Aspirant, Serum Snare and Tamiyo's Immobilizer.

Maindeck is limited to 3 uncommons and a max of 2 of each common. Sideboard has viable uncommon cards or highly synergistic rares and mythics like Venser, Corpse Puppet and Vraska, Betrayal's Sting. Maybeboard has curve-filler commons that are less powerful or synergistic

10-15 creatures (closer to 10), 4-6 with Toxic
4-6 2-drops, at least 3-4 with Toxic (Voidwing Hybrid, Bilious Skulldweller, Blightbelly Rat, Pestilent Syphoner, Stinging Hivemaster)
8-12 ways to Proliferate or add poison with 1-3 being noncreature spells that directly add a poison counter (Prologue to Phyresis, Infectious Inquiry, Vraska's Fall)
At least 4 or 5 removal/interaction spells, with 2-3 being harder removal like Anoint with Affliction and Mesmerizing Dose
Remaining interaction ideally has Proliferate (Serum Snare, Whisper of the Dross)
1 Vivisurgeon's Insight to draw more Proliferate cards and interaction
