Ashiok's passive ability reads
"If you would pay life while your library has at least that many cards in it, exile that many cards from the top of your library instead."

Necropotence reads
"Skip your draw step.

Whenever you discard a card, exile that card from your graveyard.

Pay 1 life: Exile the top card of your library face down. Put that card into your hand at the beginning of your next end step."

Our goal is to get both of these cards on the field at once. This will allow us to spam Necropotence's ability without worrying about our life at all. Then add Reliquary Tower

Exiling your entire deck in one turn and slapping people in the face with Ashiok's -7 exiling ~80 cards from the opponent's library is a very satisfying win, but overwhelming card advantage is good too.

Swap Swamps for Snow-covered Swamps to make Blood on the Snow better. I'm just too attached to my Kozyndan lands.
